Worked these up with a player last night, thought I'd share. They are unnamed and lacking flavor at the moment, to be added later. These charms are companion charms to the Solar Hero Style listed in the core book, but do not strictly belong to that style (as per Thunderclap Rush Attack and Knockout Blow). They focus on the use of a shield for defense while using Solar Hero Style for offense.
Dual Wield Shield Charm
Cost: 1m; Mins: Martial Arts 2, Essence 1; Type: Supplemental
Pre-requisite Charms: None
The Solar may consider any shield she carries to be an improvised weapon for the purposes of Solar Hero Style Charms. The shield will have Speed 5, Accuracy of -3, +3B Damage, Rate 2, and a Defense rating appropriate to the type of shield used. In addition, the Solar will not suffer a Mobility penalty while using this Charm.
Penalty Reduction Charm
Cost: 2m; Mins: Martial Arts 3, Essence 1; Type: Reflexive
Duration: Until Next Action
Pre-requisite Charms: Dual Wield Shield Charm
A Solar with this Charm will have reduced penalties when carrying a shield. Mobility penalty of the shield will be reduced to 0 and the Solar will suffer no onslaught penalty until his next action.
Glorious Solar Shield

The Solar creates a shield of essence and light roughly the size of a target shield that glows. It provides +2 PDV on hand-to-hand attacks, +3 PDV on ranged attacks, and has no mobility penalty to carry. When the Solar uses it to successfully defend against an attack (the attack is fully parried), the shield provides a limited counterattack in step 9 of the attack resolution. A flash of essence issues from the shield dealing [the bearer's Essence] in dice of Lethal damage. This becomes Aggravated damage for creatures of darkness. This can be soaked normally.
