    Savage Growl: Use this if I hit with escalating violence (my new encounter power). Otherwise, first time I hit an enemy with a melee power after using escalating violence (and I don't reduce it to 0 hp)
    Effects: I mark the enemy until ENT. While the mark is in place, me and the enemy deal 1d8 extra dam to each other.
    (this is a new one (my utility power). I won't use this if Karu marks the guy I am attacking though and will try and wait to use it on someone not marked by Karu)

    Anything else of interest?

    Anyone within 10 squares of my character, who can hear and see her, gets a +2 bonus to Initiative. My character also provides a nice bonus to the attack roll for anyone within view who uses an action point to make a second attack.

    Do we have any other group benefits like that? I think our half-elf provides a diplomacy benefit and the elves provide a perception check bonus to non-elves. (Do non-elves include half-elves and Eladrin?) I don't know what else might be worth mentioning.

    I was looking at this thread which hasn't seen activity in over a year, thinking about unsticking it, but then a thought occurred to me. It seems that every few months there's some inventory problem with the party, particularly related to what's been picked up or not picked up, and who's carrying what. You might wish to re-purpose this thread into one that handles such items, a bit like the player character rosters for the chat games. Unlike the player character rosters, I'm going to leave it to the players to maintain this, though. After the next encounter or two, if it's still not seeing any use, I'm going to go ahead and unstick it.
