Great, so a licensee can self-terminate and have a six-month grace period for sell-off, but Wizards can terminate a licensee at any time and force the licensee to destroy all inventory and marketing materials immediately.
What problem does this solve again?

At least they removed the odious section forbidding OGL and 4e versions of the same line. I read that "War of the Burning Sky" is now being ported to 4e.
