Most of the times I get pain killers I don't bothrer, they don't really work that well. I also have a high tolerance. I have seen the Star WArs holiday special after all.
I take ambien to sleep so I have to take higher does of the other stuff. Its just easier to take a few advils or an aleve and get a coke. it will stop sooner or later.

I've heard ambien is a horrible drug
The way I had it explained to me was that he's actually dreaming, but he's still awake. Sort of. There's a part two that's actually much funnier ... if I could find it.
