Absolutely LOVE Mouse Guard. I've got the hardcover, and I pick up the comics whenever I come across them. Great Stuff
Anyone picked it up? I was soo tempted to buy it when I was in the FLGS but I passed and now I'm reading that its a kinder gentler Burning Wheel and I wish I had picked it up.

Only had the chance to play it once, but thought it was great! Would definitely recommend it to anyone that can find a group to play around with it.
I never read the comics, but I saw the rpg at my flgs and flipped through it. I want it it looked like a blast to play I just didn't have the money for it
Never trust a smiling GM, that's when they're dangerous.
Saw this on another site. Kinda reminds me of the Redwall series (somewhat). Looks interesting, though.
There's nothing to fear except fear itself and, of course, the boogeyman.

Didn't know there was an RPG I'll have to check it out.
I finally picked up some of the comics... I have to say I had flashbacks of when I used to read TMNT. Great stuff.

Ok, I'll bite. What is mouse guard about? Evidently there's a comic. I read Brian Jacques' Redwall books as a kid and loved them, is Mouse Guard similar?

I saw the RPG at a local Borders today and thumbed through it. Such a beautiful book. I've been reading Fall 1152 one story at a time when I visit a bookstore. Eventually I will cave and buy volumes 1, 2, and the RPG at some point. Such awesome artwork, and yes, it does have a classic TMNT feel to it. I love it.
Though roleplaying as a guardsmouse would sound rather strange if I told someone unfamiliar with it.
"You roleplay as a mouse? What is your name Ralph S.? Do you ride a little motorbike too?"
I have the RPG and Fall 1152. It definitely has solid story "ooomph."
In Fall, the Guard are looking for a traitor.
I saw it at KublaCon. Looked interesting. Kinda wished i picked up the book, but other items were calling louder to my wallet. Oh well, it's on my list of must acquire.

My experience is that this is a really good game, especially if you are trying to introduce indie games to your players. It implements a slightly modified version of Burning Wheel's mechanics. So, if you like BW, you may like it.
