This program is pretty damn cool. It lets you make your own CCG-style cards, which I use for my Power Cards. What I like about it is that it has a big fat space for a picture, which makes it easier for me to spot the right Power Card quicker. You have to add your own pictures, but Google came in very handy for me in that dept.
It is limited-ware (is that the right term??) in that its fully-functional EXCEPT that you can only choose a green border for the cards. Paying $10 to its creator will give you an s/n specific to your own copy of CCGmaker, which will enable 10 different colored borders.
Myself, I go for a sometimes serious, sometimes comedic theme with my cards. For instance, I have a 4e Halfling Rogue with the "Master of Deceit" power. So I put this pic on it...
