Hey, is the Tome of Magic being used?
[comment about D&D 4E]I have to ask myself, am I just buying a name here? If I fell in love with a gal named Wanda ten years ago, does that mean that every new Wanda that comes along is going to be just as groovy?
I like the old Wanda, This new Wanda looks like high maintenence.

Can we just get a list of the books allowed/unallowed which ever is shorter. So I can know what options I have to choose from when character building.
None of the Players options books are allowed, everythig is else is ok. but run it by me first to make sure I have the book.

Sorry it's taking me so long, other than ToEE I've never played Greyhawk and I'm trying to get a basic grasp on the world setting.
Its cool Castle Greyhawk is this campain settings answer to undermountian. Its the dungeon Gary Gayax used in his campain. The City of Greyhawk is sort of like waterdeep in that its the most famous city in this world. I plan on putting up campain spicific information this weekend. the wiki is full of good info on the world. and FYI the gods you find in the 3rd edt players hand book are Greyhawk gods. if you need something let me know. I hope to get the game going by mid week next week.

www.canonfire.com is a great Greyhawk resource.
Question for the DM, what year is it? Do you follow the published history? Specifically, is this before or after the "Greyhawk Wars"(if you even use that)?

I'm still at a stand still. Am I correct in thinking that we can ues all the reace and class books?
I have posted a list of books you can use/not use in the house rules section there are also a few House Rules concerning Combat check them out. Also I will start the Campain a couple years before the start of the Greyhawk Wars. So if somebody could give me that Info It would be nice. I am going to see if I can find a good time line which should have that information listed if I find it I will post it up.
