    I'm in the Olympia area and am working on getting a D&D 4.0 group started. You might want to stroll on over to Meetup.com, where a couple of us are trying to get a group together for a meeting at Olympic Card and Comics in Lacey this week (it is the South Ends Meetup, as there a few in the Puget Sound area).
