We started, but you could always have your PC already in Dusk, if you would have a reason for trying to enter on your own. Or, you'll just be a late arrival to the meeting. Either way, I'm sure we can manage something.

True, 34 posts in, and we barely know each other's names - and not even everyone has that covered. Of course, the first night had a *lot* more posting than tonight has...

BTW - now that the majority of the party is there, I was planning on having Lalitil introduce everyone that has offered their name (since she has been there for the everyone that has given their names), and likely make a snide comment to those that haven't. :-P Of course, if someone beats me to it, that's fine.

update on progress. between feeding and comforting the teething baby, playing with the older hyperactive little offspring (whom is trying to learn the lesson that temper tantrums are NOT allowed), helping the wife, things around the house, and family time, i was able to get the first character almost done. and start on the second. ^^ just the assignment of a last few things, and the first will be done. the second will be a pretty focused character, so in many ways simpler to make. (as in faster.) =D

a note about the second character: i will likely assign several levels of the primary class, a few of the prestige class, and then another level of the primary class. this is due to the fact that the prestige class is very limited as to which abilities they can select, while the primary class does not have that restriction. as a healer-type, there are certain abilities that i want this character to have that a straight progression in the prestige will prevent, hence the mixing up of levels.

I think we are all waiting on the DM - who hasn't logged on since Saturday, according to his profile... I guess we could try emailing him, but I'm not sure what else we can do but wait and see.

posing is hard work! holding a pose for so long is even worse! i'm starting to envy those who had time to order something. ^^ not that we actually need it right now. just body habits, you know.

i'm starting to think that we should start a new thread of "rp'ing while we wait for the dm to return", or something!

Indeed. I don't think I know of the clerical spell to alleviate muscle tension from standing in one place too long.

If you got something to say, I say go for it. We can always suspend realism temporarily for the sake of keeping the game half-way alive and then get back into it when the DM returns.

Oh, I tried to locate an email for Caligula, but couldn't. I thought I had emailed him at one point, but I guess I only used PMs through this site.

grrrr. oh well. remind me to always get instant message and email contact info from the dm (and fellow players) from now on, ne?

i didn't really have anything else to say specifically, unless we want to take some time so that i can try to alleviate some of the misapprehensions that have occurred concerning my characters. ^^

rather than a cure, as a charlie-horse isn't technically damage, per se, would be some kind of pain-blocking spell. that or something that would counter the effects somehow. perhaps something that would remove paralysis?

i think we must have scared 'em off! that or rl is interfering. now if anyone should post about an absence, it should be the dm. ^^ we'll have to tease the dm about it, if we can find the dm again.

maybe we could beg farcaster to send an email on our behalf.
