So...go ahead and test it out here if you are new to it, that way everything is all fine and dandy when we get into the game.

Here you can test out the dice roller function for your posts. Simply push the red ROLL button up above, and fill in what the die roll is. Examples would be 3d6+7, 1d4, or 1d20+6. The formula will come up then, and will look like the following, with square brackets [] instead of the other ones {}.
{ROLL="1d20"}{/ROLL}
In the section between the two bracketed groups, simply write what the actual roll is (Spot Check, Riding Check, etc.). As an example, if I were to make a Spot Check with one rank and no other modifiers, I would type 1d20+1 in the box, and then Spot Check in between the two bracketed groups.
EXAMPLE (leaving the square brackets there, it will appear as the following in the actual post):
* Spot Check *
Death is in the eyes of a Beholder.

Good idea to have a test thread - since even the amazing Farcaster can't get it to work right...
* Testing incremental numbers of d6s *
Looks like there is an upper limit on rolls to me... but I'll let the admins figure out exactly what it is.![]()
Someone told me a couple weeks ago that there was indeed a limit on the dice roller...I wonder what it is.
* fifteen *
* nineteen *
* twenty *
* thirty *
* nineteen d100 *
* My Dream Weapon Damage Roll *
EDIT: It seems that the ceiling is 19 dice...
EDIT 2: Hmmm....

Where is the die roller?
* Binder Ability: Exodia Blast! (Yes, the one from Yu-Gi-Oh) *

Umm, what do you mean michael?
Death is in the eyes of a Beholder.
I could just be missing it, but I don't see a button called ROLL.
The red one that looks like a die. Hover over all the buttons until you see ROLL.
