You get 10 levels of potions and/or scrolls in your equipment package. Since you're not a caster, and don't have Use Magic Device, I'll assume you're taking potions. Make sure to select those - you don't want to short yourself.

I'd originally meant the ring of protection and amulet of natural armor for sorcerers and wizards, and others who can't wear armor. I approve of your selections though - still leaves you with a decent AC when caught flat-footed.

One thing that seems off to me: Studded leather gives a +3 to AC, not +4. Masterwork Armor has it's check penalty reduced by 1, so the studded leather gives no penalty, but the Masterwork quality gives no armor bonus. If you're getting that extra point somewhere else, just let me know where it's from.

No on the armor I just misread as a chainshirt so im fixing that. I do have use magic device 5 and thank you for reminding me about the potions I forgot to write that down at work so I will get those picked.

Also, stop picking things that I don't use frequently! I had to look up half your character sheet, dammit!

*EDIT* I can't find any of those potions in the SRD, but I know I've seen them before. What book did you pull them from? I assume it's either Song and Silence or one of the Completes, but I'm at work and don't have my books to dig through.

I got the potions in the treasure section of the Dm guide Im not good with spells, magic so I had to resort to takeing ones that were already made and they seemed to fit right in with what I aim towards for this character. I can change them if needed just let me know as I am now at work too.

I suppose if I'm going to post from work I should use some that are in the SRD so if I need them I can look them up, I don't think bringing a stack of books to work would go over very well

Ok I changed it again after looking closer at the SRD I found these that I think fit nicely with my character also and as mentioned they are in the SRD for easier reference if they are needed while working.

I wasn't forcing you to change them, I just wanted to look the bloody things up. I don't play thieves/rogues, so I don't know any of the abilities or common items for them. But if you prefer what you've changed it to, that's OK too.

I know you weren't I just figured it probably would be better if what I chose was easier to reference since I don't use spells or potions very often I don't retain the relative information for them very well and I think these will fit just fine provided I can remember that I have them to use

oh, fitz! a note about the craft skills. while in reality fletching and bowmaking are two different skills entirely, i double checked when i was making an archer a while back, and in d&d craft:bowmaking covers both. so you don't need to spend the extra skill points on craft:fletching.

so that should give you 3 extra skill points to spend.

Actually, he did that because I told him that they were two different skills. Even if what you say is "by the book", I think I'm going to stick with my ruling. Anyways, I told him I'd give him a +2 Synergy or each for having 5 points in the other, so it's not as costly as it otherwise could be.
