Will post a few here, but will have to take a few down somewhere else I think as I have too many jpgs on already.
Ok, will have to delete first, then post. Duh!!!
I don't care if they're broken, unpainted, archaic, non-official, homebrew, downright ugly, or made out of last nights corn. I want to see pictures of your beloved miniatures. Massive group shots encouraged![]()

Gnorg was a gnoll character for a D&D 2e game, where I got to play one session as a gnoll before I got Kobayashi Maru'd and reincarnated as a human. And I worked a long damn time on that mini.
No idea where the goblins came from, I've had them forever.
The Oro and my modded Wolfhound are my best Btech jobs. The rest are pending touchups.
And the Citadel ogre is my most recent work, first shot at something more than flat colors and drybrushing.
My Battletech army. The plan is to have a full regiment and a battalion of vehicles.
The Gear in the middle is just a proxy for now.
Hey Mead, give us a better look at your minis. Closer so we can see some details. I have a few Battletech mechs I have painted a few decades ago that look pretty bad. I use them for when I GM sci-fi games but have been on a shelf for years.![]()

Well I can save you some time on the Battletech stuff.. mostly it's just exactly like the Wolfhound above, with different base colors. I'll shoot the nicer ones though.
Here's a closeup of the Airborne - sorry about the cat hair, it's inevitable around here.

Geronimo!!! Looks sweet. Now that I have my new eyes I have some German tanks to paint up for AAM. Their all FoW stuff, but I don't have enough money to field much to play with.

Ugh. Finished a cleric tonight, and it looks ok from a distance, but when I took a pic he came out looking like a heroin addict.
At least I get to practice touch-ups now. Sigh. =)
And this gives me an idea.. might start photographing the primed mini before painting so I can see it at a zoomed-in level without exploding my eyeballs.
Hey Mead, you found out the same thing I found out. A mini that looks pretty good just looks like crap when using a macro.
You should see some of my minis. Some that look like a total hottie in real life look like a two hundred year old zombie at 500% magnification. Actually, I think the same thing holds true with most real people. Very few people can stand that kind of scrutiny. Why do you think magazines uses the airbrush so much?
