I read it got so-so reviews. Nothing epic but worth seeing if your into the genre. I can't wait to see it myself. I'm a big fan of the Transporter guy, as I like to call him hehe.

Seems to be the next great action hero like Bruce Willis and Arnold were at once time. Good for him, great for us

Well, don't count out the older action stars; look at Stallone. I am curious about the new Rambo movie.

Has anyone seen a sneak preview of the new Rambo movie?

Stallone has been inactive for quite some time. Aside from Rambo and Rocky he wasn't all that much of an action hero type. I think Pearce Brosnan is more of an action hero than Stallone. For that matter so is John Travolta and Nicholas Cage. Oh Face Off, how I love thee

Here is a new preview for the upcoming Rambo movie First Blood.

The director is known for producing bad movies...

Most men lead lives of quiet desperation.

That is heavily debatable. Bloodrayne 1 had the hottest sex scene I've ever seen. The gore was so "out there" that it was comical. Bloodrayne 2 was actually in a western setting and was a pretty damn good movie. Alone in the Dark was a good movie but I didn't particularly care for the story. House of the Dead was alright but I just couldn't stand the over usage of rotating camera work done. He has slowly been adding higher budget actors into his movies and this one could actually be his first real break into big time motion picture making. Now that I know it was made by Uwe Boll I am very excited to see it. Still haven't gotten a chance to yet though.

With a review like this one:

I went into this expecting a bad movie, you could say I was hoping for the best but expecting the worst. I'm a fan of Jason Statham which made me want to see it despite my expectations, plus I work at a theatre and see movies for free which makes me less picky about the movies I watch.

Now I don't typically leave reviews for movies, but after seeing this I felt that I needed to warn people. Up until tonight, I'd never seen a movie directed/produced by this Uwe Boll guy and believe me, as I write this I wish that was still the case. There are no redeeming qualities to this movie and you realize it within the first ten minutes. The cast is brutal, Statham, Liota and Reynolds are all laughable as the main characters. The evil army of 'Krug' reminded me of the dudes in monkey suits in the early Planet of the Apes movies. During action scenes you see the same shot over and over again as if they only had one shot of 'bad guy hit by arrow'. Even the props were bad, Stathams sword looked like something you'd give a six year old on Halloween.

I don't even know if I can accurately put into words how bad this movie is. If you read this review, don't make the same mistake I did. Don't watch it to see if it is as bad as the guy on the IMDb said it was. This movie should only be shown to criminals in jail as further punishment for their crimes.
    at IMDB I'll probably pass.

Agreed.....I'm glad I didn't pay to see this film. Had I would have gotten up and asked for my money back.

As Rabkala stated earlier, the director of this film is bad but not nearly as the writer. The man should be shot for his crimes against cinematography.

Thanks for all who responded. I'll probably wait to get it at the public library.
