October 25, 2019: Autoduel Weekly: Project Stretch Goals

As a Kickstarter campaign, it is important that we have stretch goals for the Car Wars Sixth Edition game, yes? We know that one of the best parts of following a crowdfunding campaign is watching the stretch goals fall, so it would be wrong of us not*to have an arsenal of them waiting in the garage, ready for the Black Friday launch of the Car Wars Sixth Edition game on Kickstarter. What stretch goals can you expect to see? A few possibilities:
  • Add more minis to the core game.
  • Include a paper map in the core game.
  • Add more minis to the two expansions available on Day One.
  • New miniatures expansions.
  • New weapon cards; Sam and Randy have an expansion designed that introduces several new weapons to the game.
  • Linked weapon cards. In Car Wars Sixth Edition, each driver and gunner may only fire one weapon each round. The linked weapon cards amplify the damage each crew member can deal in one round.

These are just a few of the stretch goals. You'll have to unlock stretch goals once the project is live to see what other tricks we're planning for the new Car Wars.
