I too am a Forgotten Realms fan. Other than Dragonlance, I haven't found any of the other published D&D worlds all that interesting - certainly not Eberron, and creating my own is just too cumbersome. Although, I have been considering trying out Ptolus, if for no reason other than to satisfy my curiosity about the volumes of material and digital extras I've heard about.
