a gadget pool of some type.
I am attempting to make a 400 point Time Lord in Hero 6th edition, and I am stuck on making the sonic screwdriver. I can't figure out if it should be a gadget pool or just several powers. Any assistance would be appreciated

You could easily model it as a bonus to a set of skills... So you would have to have the "mechanic" skill in the first place, but the SS would increase your abilities immensely.
