A thread for self amusement, and perhaps to generate an idea or three. The idea is to use D&D 3.x rules to recreate video game items and effects. Any official D&D source is permitted. Here are a couple of ideas to get everyone started:



Boots of Sonic Boom: Boots of striding and springing + Screaming burst + Thundering + cost of masterwork gauntlets to equate the cost of steel toe boots. (magical comb with reverse gravity effect, optional)

Bangles of Dhalism: Bracelets and anklets which grant the abberant reach feat, plus continuous bloodwind spell effect.
