If you've ever read the book, awesome. If not, do so. Best sci-fi novel I've ever read, right up there with Ender's game.

For those of you who are in the know, what would you suggest for a GURPS setting based off of this? Teleportation is a psionic power in and of itself, but what if EVERYONE had it? What kinds of things do you think would need to be done.
