    Has anyone tried Hackmaster Basic? Our group has been playing it for awhile now and I am curious how many others are trying it and what you think.

    If you are interested in checking it out they have an unofficial Quick Start Guide that their forum members put together. I honestly haven't really looked at it because I bought the basic book but several people have said it is really good.

    I am hoping to start up an HM game very soon. I've never played the parody (4th) but I do have the 2 core books of the newest version: the Player's Handbook (on PDF, Hardcopy soon to be printed/shipped) and the Hacklopedia of Beasts (PDF and HC).
