Community supporter notification

I recall that last year I sort of ell of the radar. the first hint I was due was my avatar vanishing.

Is there a timely notification for this, say two weeks before the event?

The system has always sent me an e-mail at least a week or so before my time ran out. Odd that you didn't get one last year.

I'm interested in this question as well. I'm sure my time must be coming due, but I can't seem to find out when my year is up, nor where to update my CC info...

I need to necro this thread, because I'm getting scared that if my supporter account gets shut off, my RP forums will vanish. If this happens, many people will cry (and I will be one of them).

Will I be notified, and where can I change my CC info?

I received my notification again this year, so I expect you should get yours as well.

Funny thing was, even though I got mine, I don't remember paying it, but I know I did because I'm still a Community Supporter! Damn CRS!

Click on the Forum tab, then click on the Forum Actions drop down, select the General Settings option, click on the Paid Subscriptions link in the left navigation bar on the General Settings page and that will bring up the page where you can select the Community Supporter purchase entry.

There you should be able to modify your payment method.

The option to pay by CC doesn't appear to be there anymore (perhaps because my current sub is still active), but there's a PayPal option, so I guess I'm cool either way. Thank again!

Subscription ends in four days, but no notification as of yet. I'd really prefer to pay by CC instead of PayPal, but the option does not appear. While I appreciate you guys' helpful advice, it would be good to see an Administrator weigh in on this!

I just decided to bite the bullet and pay early, thinking that it would restart my subscription today (and end on Feb 16 2013), instead of going 'til Feb 19, which is when my previous subscription actually runs out. But I'm happy to say that the site takes previous payments into account; so even though I paid a few days early, my subscription now ends on Feb 19, 2013. Awesome.

An email notification would have been great, though.
