That looks like an awesome encounter. What did you make that toothy maw out of?

Looks like a really nice job sculpting pink insulation foam. Well done, looks like it will be a really cool, intense encounter

It's made out of some pink foam, covered with glue to give it some strength. The tentacles are made out of pink foam as well, except for the scales which are made from green stuff. I think it took longer to make the Cahulaks the Mul miniature is holding than the tentacles. I plan on covering most of the maw with green stuff since I have plenty of time before the PC's will have to face off with this thing. I'll post some more pictures as it progresses.
