Yes, I had a character who was named Gears. He was supposed to be a back-up clone for a super villain, but something went wrong when the villain was killed. He was supposed to be force-grown to adulthood and programmed with all the villain's thoughts and knowledge. However the device went awry, and he was force grown to the age of 12. The mental programming gave him the knowledge but when the part came that was basically supposed to brainwash him into becoming a villain he turned it off. Switched on the TV and started watching an Anime channel. So he had the knowledge of an adult, but his world view was created by watching anime.
Well first thing he did, build a robot little sister named Tess LaCoil. While Gears was the absent minded professor, Tess was the pistol packing hyper-teen. Her solution to any problem was bigger guns. The other heroes spent as much time reigning in Tess as they did fighting the villains. Gears was also prone to less than ethical solutions to problems. For example they needed to track down a villain that had escaped, he suggested tailoring a virus to the villain's DNA, pouring it into the water supply of the city then just finding the person that turned purple and grew 30' tall.
