A bit of checking Fat Dragon Games has a smaller ship, a "cog"
This section has some ship flats in it.

I like the model, I scratch build and cast terrain and models. If push comes to shove I can make a foam core version of this and maybe sculpt it out and cast my own, I have found some models I could use but the scale is off (as they are much smaller) so wouldn't be much different from using the paper models. Thanks for the link, eventually Ill make something work.

Those boats from Fat Dragon came to my mind too. In my game they could be useful for river or lake use. But if you are looking for a huge ship, and the Maiden is not big enough, yeah, I think you will be building it. I would love to see photos of it as it progresses. Maybe all of us here on P&PG would like to see it. Might be even more impressive that the stuff Gary builds from wood.

If I go the route of building (which is likely) I will post the pics. Im holding out till after the holidays before I start anything, and hoping that maybe somewhere one of my feelers that our out will yeild something, as time and space for building it hard to come by.
Thanks all for the suggestions etc so far. Ive used some of FatDragons products before, there is also an Aussie company that does essentiall the same thing only thier products are made from wood rather than paper (and I dont believe they have a ship atm) called http://www.miniaturescenery.com/index.asp
Again thanks all.
That is the wood stuff I was talking about, thank you. No ship, so I was wrong on that one.

Yeah, I do like the stuff they do have. Being able to take them apart is for some people pretty important.
As for the ship you seek. If you have a Dremel you could carve it out of balsa. You can get these huge blocks and just glue them together, carving out the hull. But you know the mess you will have. lol Just like my hill side I made with Styrofoam. Now I remember why I swore off Styrofoam. Little tiny beads EVERYWHERE!!! I filled up the trash can and the vacuum cleaner bag. lol Not to mention I had those little beads everywhere. ugh!

Nice work, an approx 60ft Keel too. Now if that came apart so I could access the hold it would be golden. Nice work
and I look at the other pics to see the cabins are accessable. Real nice work.
It would be easy enough to do. Actually I have a hold deck that fits under the rest of it. So every level has at least a flat.
