I guess I didn't really think that normals would be doing too much lifting. Since 1D Super Strength is a big motorcycle/large horse (or up to about 1 ton/2000lbs), I suppose non-superstrength is less than a ton. I'd use Athletics as the benchmark - with 1D being up to 100 lbs, 2D being up to 200lbs, 3D being up to 400lbs, 4D up to 800lbs and 5D up to 1600lbs.
