With four distinct chat games, it can be inconvenient and confusing to have to search various threads and determine which, if any, game is going to be run on a given weekend. I'm going to try and see if combining announcements into a single scheduling thread proves helpful.

The following schedule is tentative, and reflects what I consider to be the likeliest possibilities. If sufficient players confirm for a session, and I feel confident I will be able to run at that time, I will mark the entry in bold. If significant scheduling conflicts occur (I know there are some planned summer vacations that I may not have fully accounted for), I will alter the schedule as needed. I will try to give 48 hours notice if a session is to be canceled, more if requested. Chat sessions do not necessarily have to be on Saturdays, but the best confluence of schedules seems to occur on that day.

• Unknown - player has not made clear whether they will be present or absent and there is some additional confusion, communication issue, or lack of a character for that game; as the date approaches this will become an assumption of absence
• Unscheduled - the player is not planned to be playing in the particular game or session in question, and so will not be attending

• July 17: Istao Mission Adventure "The Wolf that Howled Under a Moonless Sky, Part Four: The Battle at the Gates of Mollu" - continuation of the above
• July 24: Order of the Green Lion encounter series "Revolt in Eyth" - conclusion of the Aveline Woods episode
• July 31: TBA, possibly none

Thank you both for your input. I will adjust the schedule accordingly, and edit post #1.

The Autumn Knight game requires players, but I simply have not had the time to pursue that yet. Acquiring players for that adventure will receive my focus this month, beginning Tuesday. If I get the necessary players (and their characters) early, I will move the game up accordingly, to either July 17th or July 24th, as appropriate.

It's the proper name for the campaign set on the island of Istao. You played in it last year with your character Dax.

There are spots open for the Istao Mission Adventure and I still have your character sheets for Dax and Ion.

Normally there would be spots open for the Order of the Green Lion but that one session is an exception; I just want to finish what was started in an earlier session. Order of the Green Lion games can occur on very short notice, though, so if you want to make a character for it "just for fun" then you could have someone ready to go in case a game happens and you're free.

There are spots open for Romance of a Fallen Country, but I don't know if you want to commit to an equally sporadic, long-term game. In any case, that one's going to be a ways down the road.

The next Order of the Green Lion game is scheduled for July 24th, starting at 3:30 pm PDT. Due to the circumstances of the last session, it is regrettably only open to those players who played the first "Revolt in Eyth" installment.

If there is agreement from all the players by no later than July 14th, I am willing to move this gaming session up to July 17th so that I free up this month's schedule a little. I would also like confirmation that you are still committed to this game by no later than July 17th. If there is significant attrition, I will consider moving on to the next encounter with a differently-composed party.

The current MapTool version we use it getting a little old. Since there's probably some time before the next chat session, I would like to update to MapTool 1.3.b70

I think this will be a fairly straightforward upgrade. Please do so, and post if there are any difficulties encountered.

Be aware that b70 is the development version; the current stable version is b66. I have no particular issue using either one, just wanted you to be aware. For what it's worth, b70 launched fine on my machine, and loaded the last Istao campaign file just fine.

Are you free this Saturday? Let me change that to a general question. Who among the people interested in playing an Order of the Green Lion game is free this Saturday?

If you are free, but haven't yet sent me a character, I'll need one by tomorrow. Don't worry about getting everything perfect; you aren't going to be stuck with it.

I was thinking of skipping this weekend, but if there's some coherent interest, I'll run something.
