well its based on a distant post apocaliptic world called Upsalona. A psionic DB (dimintional being) in slaved Upsalona and the players can play as three factions a rebel(good),mercs(neutral),slavers(bad) so to speak i am using alot of rifts aspects like the random generators and some classes and races and the dice system i am using my little brothers and sister to test play it all.
