I recently started a project to revise and re-balance the equipment and game mechanics of the Fallout PnP. I've made good progress, and am looking ideas for items: weapons, armor, gear, etc. If you have any ideas I'd love to hear them.
if you don't have a copy of the rulebook, get it here:

Looks... okay. I don't understand why it's in such a properietary format instead of say pdf, but seems straightforward. I'm personally not used to such... involved detail - like 8 pages of JUST fist weapons, but it's definitely thorough. As a bonus, it can be used for non-Fallout purposes, as I'm going to do, as a visual example for weapons, since I don't play Fallout. Hats off to you, and whatever your next section is, since I presume this is merely a part of your total package which will ultimately compose this full 'revision'.
My powerpoint won't open it. Any chance of doing this in word or PDF?

Only now do I realize the delicious irony. In the introduction to the first version I stated that my top priority was polishing it and converting it to html. The next release should be MUCH better and easily readable in any web browser
there is D20 version for Fallout but it ran in to license issues let in the development as Bethseda took Fallout over and didn't want a PnP game to go along side it, it got renamed Exodus i think its made by Glutton Creeper games
I checked out *a* version of D20 Fallout recently, not sure who was behind it. Needless to say, the version that Cal used before is easily the better one in a comparison between the 2.

That was Jason Mical's SPECIAL system v. 1.0 (I think)
