How Can I Make A Character Generator

As some of you may already know, I've created my own Super Hero RPG, called Super Crusaders.

Well, I want to create a character sheet generator for my game.
I want to to have places where you can put in your character's name then combo boxes to select his origin and class.
I also want it to have some combo boxes where you can select powers, bonuses limits, and weeknesses and it will automatically do the math to tell you what level your character has.

Anyway, does anyone have any Idea how I would go about making it, or is there an existing program that could be modified by inserting info from my game ?

Hero Lab should be flexible enough to accomodate your own game. Otherwise you're looking at creating a spreadsheet or creating your own program.
