Need in a 3.0 upgrade

Bought 3.0 core rulebooks thinking they were 3.5 Nobody has 3.0 help me! Need a simple upgrade

Yes, while working on a character that I never did get to use, I found that there are some major differences in prices of items from 3.0 to 3.5.

Here's my short, sweet, and off the top of my head conversion:

Classes: spread out class abilities to reduce dead levels (lots of class changes, BTW)
Length/Width: creatures now take up a perfect square, called Space
Haste: adds 10' to your movement, and gives you one extra attack (no double spells)
Actions: partial actions were removed. Now it's just full round, standard, move, and free.
Two handed fighting: the Ambidextrous feat got rolled into Two-Weapon Fighting.
Player advantage: Players can now make a level check to overrule the DM, DC 10.

Several changes were superficial, like healing spells became conjuring school.
And there are all kinds of exciting new feats, that give you a +2 on two related skills. Okay they're not exciting, and I like skill Focus better in most cases anyway.

Did I miss any big ones? Or throw in a stinker?

duration of the buff spells. went from hours to minutes. Ranger feats got spread out a little.

I looked at the pdf, but I found that it didn't attually tell me anything. It said that we changed this and that, but not what it was changed to.

I use this website quite often when looking up info for 3.5 characters. While it might not give you a straight conversion, you can take your character and using the info on the site, re-build them as a 3.5 character. Well, provided it deals with Core, Psionic, Divine or Unearthed Arcana info.
