The August Engine

Greetings Adventurer~

The August Engine is open for recuitment. Die-hard heroes for this epic story of steampunk fantasy need only to apply.

The rules setting used is D&D 4th edition with some modifcations of my own.

The campaign world setting is one in which I made on my own with heavy influences from Iron Kingdoms, Eberron, and the steampunk fantasy genre. This is an open-ended campaign and will run indefinately. For starters, characters should see the Character Creation Guidelines subforum in the forum entitled The August Engine. In the August Engine subforums you will also find supplemental material to enhance the flavor of your character as well as excerpts from the ongoing campaign.

This is played via forums and posting speed is ideally once every day Monday thru Friday.

I'm a player in this game and I'm enjoying it, but we need more players. there are just two of us now and it is still in the early stages, so if you joined up you wouldn't feel too lost. We could really use 2 to 3 more players of 4th edition. I'd prefer experienced players, but I will put up with rookies if that is who wants to learn from a pro. Come on over, see what it is all about.
