For fighters and fighter types there are marks,each is differant in some way, but in all cases only one mark can be on an enemy at any time and only the last mark counts, so be careful and note which ones are marked and by whom.

Mne's Powers:
At Will Powers:
Shifty Racial Power: Skitter and scamp thru the ranks of your enemies, much to thier chagrin. Shift 1square.

Combat Challenge: Everytime you attack a target you can choose to mark them. wether you hit or miss they are marked. The mark lasts till the end of your next turn, while marked the target recieves a -2 to attack rolls that do not include you as the target. Whenever an enemy marked by you is adjacent to you and shifts or makes an attack that does not include you, you can make a melee basic attack.

Sure Strike: Trading Power for precision.Light War Pick, +5 Attack/1d6+1 Damage; Dagger +5 Attack/1d4+1 damage; Spear +5 Attack/1d8+1 Damage

Dual Strike: You lash out quickly and follow up quicker making two attacks. Light War Pick, +3 Attack/1d6+2 Damage; Dagger +4 Attack/1d4+2 damage;

Encounter Power:
Steel Serpent Strike: You stab visiously at your foes knee or foot to sow them down. No matter how tough they are they will favor that leg for sometime. Light War Pick, +3 Attack/2d6+2 Damage; Dagger +4 Attack/2d4+2 damage; Spear +3 Attack/2d8+2 Damage

Second Wind: You spend a healing surge and regain 6 hit points. You gain a +2 to all defences till the start of your next turn.

Daily Power:
Tempest Dance: You lunge from enemy to enemy giving each a taste of your weapon as you pass, up to 3 enemies. Light War Pick, +3 Attack/1d6+2 Damage; Dagger +4 Attack/1d4+2 damage; Spear +3 Attack/1d8+2 Damage

My desktop got cleaned by a good hearted soul, and all my game notes were tossed, please give me a day or so to put it all back together.
