Cool flow chart though. It's interesting but not surprising I guess that Storm and Wolverine at the center with the most connections.

As far as I know...
Magneto & Rogue happened in the Age of Apocalypse. Magneto discovered that his powers could negate Rogue's and they could shag. Which is bizarre since, she was his student. Nevertheless they had a child, Charles. Of course, none of that actually happened.
Colossus and Northstar is an Ultimate X-Men SL, which means that it too is an alternate timeline/universe kind of thing. The Earth-616 (main universe) Colossus was last linked with Kitty Pryde... who is linked to Karma? When did that happen?

Man, I wish my computer could see that chart. Makes me miss playing Wiccan in a online game. Not only did he and half the Young Avengers in that game end up at the Xavier school but he was the one person that brought in a 3D family tree. Not cause he was showing off, but because with his family he could not represent all of it on a flat peice of paper. The running joke after that was that he should have seen the one they got form Rachel Grey, twice as bad as his and only family tree ever turned in that had the same person on it in 4 different places.
