What is the best fantasy-horror module you've played?

This is a bit off topic as well, but in ToH my players got one of the characters back from the lich's teeth by transferring his life force into the four-armed gargoyle they had decapitated earlier with a vorpal blade! They had to reattach the head first of course. But from that point on that character was definitely one of the players all-time favorites!

And I've only ever played my own homebrew horror games. If anybody recognizes F.E.A.R. and the effect they used when peoples and ghosts would dissipate into ash floating upwards with slow-motion sequences I loved to use that a lot. As well as TV's plugged in and trying to get signal but only giving off static.

Oh and manaquins randomly appearing behind you with weapons in their hands much like Condemned.

Exploding baby dolls never made it into my game but I tried.

DID have an insane chick with a mask, blood red outfit, bloody stained bandages, and a chainsaw chase my players through a zombie infested dam once though...she was fun.

Feel free to steal her since I stole her in the first place.

When the Ravenloft module is run by a good DM, it is by far the best I've ever played. When the DM isn't very good (prepared, knowledgable about rules, how to play the monsters, etc) it can be very boring.
