Looking for Article on Spells

I recently came accross an article in the WoC 3.5 archives (I think) that provided guidance on Wizards choosing spells as they progressed. Now, I need it and can't find it.

dragon mag had an article about that. check out the dragondex to find it.

first thing that comes to mind is the "with class" series of articles.... i'm not finding much else at this time... i'll have to poke around some more.
