Well, KublaCon is pretty much over for me. They event was alot of fun, plenty of board games to play, plenty of rpg events to play. I noted a few board games i must pick up later this years but wasn't ready this weekend to put down the $80 for them.

Played an 8 hour Drow campaign on dwarven forge against 3 other Drow houses. Luckily no one died but there were alot of close calls. I also played a 6 hour Traveller campaign with 10 other players. I gotta give the GM alot of credit for he pulled off an adventure that wasn't predictable and alot of fun. We traded emails and will be getting together every 6 weeks to continue with the campaign. Like to get together with more consistency, but a two hour drive each way could be painful if done more than every 6 weeks.

The only disappointment was the cancellation of the WFRP event. The GM for WFRP had to cancel at the last minute. Most likely sick. I'll sign up for his game next year.

Oh well, next year, and every year thereafter, i will be running WFRP and Traveller at these Cons, for you can never have enough events of either at any Con.

KublaCon sounds a lot like our GenghisCon here in Denver. GenghisCon was last February. Or is it coming up next February? Yeah, I always get that confused. lol
