From what I understand, if you have the time and funds, you can find some older stuff on ebay. If you are lucky, you may even end up with the winning bid. We have even managed to supply everyone in our Tsojcanth campaign with a 2E PHB by obtaining them from ebay. Just takes some time to search and of course having an ebay account.

I see you folks getting nostalgic for the "old modules". Are you equally desirous of the 1e / 2e game system? If so, why not start it in your area? The old books are fairly inexpensive on Ebay, and nearly all are available.

Just an ancient one's suggestion. (53 & counting)... Sherwood

It is fun to browse the old modules. It's not such a challenge to convert them to 4E either but when we change the monsters it does change the flavor a little. Still some of the themes are very cool. I always felt like going through a module was like earning a badge.

I love the old stuff. Great memories, one and all.

When i see lists such as the one you listed, Moritz, it reminds me truly how much was actually released. I also like to think i have much of it... much of it. Thanks for posting. Great memories.

Had a chance to get Palace of the Vampire Queen when i was young. I kick my self all the time realizing that this module alone is now worth near a $1000 or more, depending on the quality.

    Yes Dragonsfoot rocks!
