Hobbies. If you had more time in your life, what hobby would you love to begin but don't see it as ever happening due to time constraints?
I'll begin, I'd get seriously into music. I would love to spend hours a day playing piano(keyboards) and guitar if i had the time. Unfortunately, i just don't have the time to devote to another hobby. It's one thing i always wanted to do but never had the time to invest due to my other hobbies and real life taking up all of my time.
What share the rest of you?

Having more time would be nice. Getting less sleep is happening as I wake up at 4:30 and can't get back to sleep. so I am down to six hours of sleep, and it sucks.![]()
But yeah, under more normal circumstances I would like more time in my life. Well, I would like a consistent four hours somewhere, (or more, do I dare ask?) where I can do some painting and building terrain. Seems that every time I set down to do some work I get called off just as I get paint on the brush, or glue applied. Is a special knack I think.
Goddess mentioned books. Yeah, I would like to read books again, but I have given up on them. Only read magazines and off the net as the pieces are bite sized and if I get called off I can start over with nary a bad word.
And gardening? Yeah, that is what I do when I need to get out of the house when my wife is at home working. Can't make any noise, but always have some work to do. Like now.
I would get back into music, electronics, & woodworking.
I would pick up mechanics and working with metals.

Well, there's this webcomic that I haven't updated in like a year...
More games. I've got a GURPS game that I want to start, and a Champions one after that.
I'd like to get back into brewing. I've put that project on hold until the trees I planted last winter start bearing fruit, so I've got a couple of years to procrastinate on that one =)
I'm currently getting into woodworking, so I can get rid of as much modern stuff when I do period camping with SCA and other groups. Right now we camp out of those Roughneck plastic totes, which are nice in that they're waterproof and make good end tables, but they're a terrible eyesore. A cart to replace the hand truck would be good too.
More music of course. I have a new Cocktail kit that I want to learn to play (the Clubster: http://www.metrodrum.com/id1.html), and get better at Gamba so I can enter competitions. Guitar is a nice portable instrument that I need to get better at as well, and someday I'd like to get set up to record some of my original music.
Yeah, camping with the SCA. That was fun. We run out of time and haven't been about to do that for years.![]()
Read, write, rock-climb, and game more often. Play more tennis. Travel. Spend more time doing fun stuff with the kids. Go to more baseball games. Learn to play a musical instrument. Learn to speak more languages. Volunteer more time to charitable organizations.
Learn to play (again), guitar, piano, drums. Go to a lot more concerts.
