What are you looking for?:

I'd like anywhere from 4-6 players; five would be my ideal, but anywhere between that. I'm not someone that runs 4th Ed. D&D. I've tried it for several months; didn't care for it. 2nd Ed. D&D but have now started running Pathfinder, as well as Mutants and Masterminds, Star Wars SAGA Edition and BESM. So, I am officially looking for players now. My availability is above. I am looking for people that are not munchkins - i.e. min/maxers, power-gamers, rules lawyers, etc. Someone who does enjoy roleplay but also is a team player and can get along with others. I've had problems with a couple of former players, one of them being a power-gamer that played loner type characters while the other was a rules lawyer. I am also not a GM that is one of those "There's the creature/villain, let's kill/defeat it for the XP/Fame." I do like story lines in my games and encourage my players to interact with their environment and the NPC's that inhabit it, because it makes the setting feel more...alive then.

About Me

Biography:

I have been a GM for several different genres, as well as a DM for D&D for twenty years (going back to 1st ed; taught and lent to me by my brother). I was a GM/player for a table a few years back, but then the table disbanded and now I am attempting to put together a table. Since I work weekdays, we try to get together on the weekends, usually every weekend.

I've played in several campaign worlds, ranging from Dragonlance to Eberron as well as some that are no longer in print. I've covered Al-Quaddim, Maztica and the Realms and played in a few such as Birthright, Ravenloft and a few other non D&D games, such as BESM, Mutants and Masterminds, Warhammer and Serenity.
