I prefer games with a more serious atmosphere. Comedy is okay as long as it is not the main focus of the game the entire time.
A decent story is essential. I also like to participate with a group that is more strategic which it comes to combat rather then the "scream and charge" approach.
However, I'm pretty flexible and willing to try something new.

It's been about a year since I have played so I might be a little rusty, but I have experience with Dungeons and Dragons 2nd Edition/3.0/3/5/limited 4e. I've also dabbled in some of the other systems, but not enough to call myself experienced. I was playing on weekly basis and then every other week before I graduated from college and had to break off while I got situated. Now that I am settled I'm looking to get back into gaming again.
I tried to play 4e with some friends from college but we had a lot of difficulty coordinating schedules and the game didn't grab me that much. I'm willing to give it another shot though.
