What are you looking for?

I'm looking to find a steady group of players who are interested in playing a long term campaign (1-2 yrs) and who can play on a regular basis, usually once per week. I've organized, played and GM'ed "Living Campaigns" in the past, but found them to be fine for pick-up games but lacking when it comes to character development and the sharing of an exciting story, which is a large part of what I enjoy.
