What are you looking for?:
I'm looking for a game that runs smoothly and keeps me interested. I'm used to everyone being on top of their characters and the rules that pertain to them, so that during play the pacing doesn't slow down due to constantly checking rules and doing math. That doesn't mean I'm against technical systems, far from it; I like an in depth rules system. But I believe to truly reap the rewards of a technical system, you have to really put in the time to understand and know it. Other than that, I'm a fan of most genres and systems. I like the story to challenge my mind s much if not more than system itself does.
About Me
Biography:
I've played primarily D+D, playing every edition except for 4th, which I won't play. I've plyed numerous other games over the yers, ranging from one shots to multi-year campaigns. I was fortunate enough to grow up in a rich and historied community of gamers, so the games i played in were for the most part very good and everyone brought their a-game to the table, making for some very wonderful gaming experiences. The past couple yers have been a bit of a dry spell for me since I spent time in the midwest where the community was not nearly as thriving. I've done some online gaming via OpenRPG, but the last gme I was in conflicted with my work schedule badly and I had to drop it.
