What are you looking for?

I like to focus heavily on story-based campaigns, but ones in which both roleplaying and combat are important. There will be some sessions where combat may be close to non-existent, and others where running battles occur. In fantasy games, I tend to run storylines along the lines of epic quests - think of Lord of the Rings, rather than Star Trek's episodic style that so many campaigns are like.

My modern games are a bit different, but even then I lean towards having some long term story arc building up.

I like other games besides the ones listed above, but those are my favorites.

Biography

I am a 41 year old gamer who has been playing since I was 13. I definitely prefer to GM, but am willing to play as well. I prefer games in which, while combat is a definite component, is a part of telling a story; I prefer story-driven games.

My preferred genre is fantasy, though I am definitely flexible. What I'm looking for is a group of mature players.
