The Wing Commander RPG (WCRPG) is an online RPG that has been using IRC and similar chatroom programs as a virtual table top (VTT) for over 13 years. Based off the bestselling PC video game series "Wing Commander", created by Chris Roberts and Origin Systems, the WCRPG tells a space opera tale in the far distant future where space fighter dogfights, intrigue, romance, and betrayal take place on a regular basis.

We currently run one roughly 6 hour session every Saturday evening from 9pm EST till we run out of steam. We will be relaunching our website and IRC host by mid July, but we continue to run sessions, and are looking for new pilots to join the fight. The WCRPG uses an adapted d20 system using a Host Combat Protocol (HCP), which houses player's stats and abilities, doing all the character sheet stat checks for the players.
