What are you looking for?
My group currently has two 4th ed. campaigns going. One is lower level (currently 5th), the other is higher level (17th). We have a laid back gaming group that usually plays on Saturdays, from about noon/1pm-ish, until about midnight or so, depending on player's schedules.
The group feels that the reason to play is to have fun, so we encourage players to play characters that they can have fun with, rather than what the group needs.
