What are you looking for?

We're gearing up to start our first Fantasycraft game (A new system based on the D20 skeleton, similar to D&D and Pathfinder in being a Fantasy RPG, but is more streamlined and more focused on fun gameplay and empower -players- not GMs), an Age of Reason pirate-themed game set in a fantasy world version of the Caribbean. We're really looking for one more player at the moment, I like free thinking players and ones who appreciate good roleplay, but I would need someone who could fit well with our group, which is a little harder to define, so I'd certainly have to meet in person with any prospective players before I can know if they'll have fun as part of our group.
(We play Sundays, usually from 1pm until we feel like stopping, but typically games are fairly long, until 11 or 12)

Biography

I've been running games now since about 2000, pretty steady weekly gaming, for about a year or so I ran two and three games a week which I don't think I'll be trying again any time soon. We play D&D mostly (3.5 still, at least for a year) and I tend to house rule a fair amount. But we play various other D20 games (Modern/Future/Past/Apocalypse, Star Wars, BESM) as well as a few others, Scion, Cthulhu and WoD, but those are really a distant minority. I really enjoy running a game but, admittedly, it leaves me feeling a bit desperate to actually play in one, as it rarely happens that I get the chance.
