What are you looking for?:

I am a mildly experienced player with approximately 4 years play-time in D&D 3.0/3.5/4.0. I am mature, 24 years old, and look for a group of players who are willing to separate in-game and out-of-game behavior and enjoy each other's company, not just the company that the other characters provide. I seek a DM that provides challenging roleplaying and combat opportunities, including the ability to involve player-individual side quests without sacrificing the time and enjoyment of the other party members. I do not desire a specific realm to play in, but I have a large amount of personal experience in Forgotten Realms and have independently read much of the Eberron campaign setting.

I look for a group of players that I wouldn't mind grabbing a beer with, instead of one which makes me want to flee the moment the DM screen is taken down.

About Me

Biography:

D&D 3.0/3.5/4.0, games ranging from levels 1 to limited "god games" at levels 40+. Currently I am a law student at the University of Dayton, so I am seeking a group which understands that there may be a week or two in which my time may be limited throughout the semester with notice beforehand. Because of this schedule, much of my weekdays would be devoted to finishing projects and readings, restricting my game time to largely Friday and Saturday.

I have minor experience in "marathon" gaming and am not opposed to the occasional stretch of gameplay to begin a campaign or for very important, involved sections. I'm a very casual person with a personality that most seem to enjoy, and I am always willing to aid lesser experienced players with gameplay mechanics. Conversely, I consider myself mature enough to handle rejection of ideas by DMs or other players when my natural ability to scrutinize and analyze rules may cause unforeseen situations for the party.
