Looking for 2 new players to fill out a long-term group for D&D 3.5 game.
Players do not have to be vastly experienced but basic d20 rules knowledge is helpful and preferred. Players should be dedicated to gaming group, meeting once a week (as much as possible), and working on character and campaign items outside of table time.

About Me

Biography:

Located in the suburbs of Danville, Virginia. Just across the North Carolina line, 40 minutes from Greensboro, Hillsborough, Durham.

I'm 40 years old and have been playing D&D for over 25 years (DM'ing 24 of those years). I am the full time DM for our group of 4 (including myself). I have played/GMed many different games, including Marvel, Torg, Shadowrun, Battletech, Masterbook, Stormbringer, and DC Comics but my all time favorite and the love of my life is D&D.

I have DMed two major campaigns that each lasted over 10 years and many smaller short-term campaigns. I like detailed, in-depth characters with long-term goals that constantly have a part in shaping the world of Faerun. By the way, the first 10 year+ campaign was Greyhawk (2nd edition) and the 2nd 10 year+ campaign was/is in Forgotten Realms (2nd - 3.5 edition). I consume all novels that TSR/Wizards of the Coast put out and work my campaigns into them.

Currently, we have 17th level characters involved in the Cormyr Saga (Cormyr, The High Road, and Death of a Dragon trilogy). We have played out the Pool of Radiance saga, Time of Troubles trilogy, Darkwalker on Moonshae trilogy, and Maztica trilogy.

We usually play on Friday nights (although Saturday's are not completely out of the question) from around 6:00 PM until whenever (sometimes 12:00 PM sometimes 3:00 AM). We occasionally play other nights of the week based on player availability.

We do alot of roleplaying and campaign advancement over email during the week to keep things moving along on game night.
