    I approve so far. The nicest chat I've seen on any vBulletin. The only problem I have with it is that I rolled a 5 on a d20 with my first attempt, so I don't think it likes me very much... Also can we not create our own rooms anymore?

    I think I know what Gary is talking about. Whenever I come to P&PG it insists that I'm signed out until I click Forums, then I'm auto-signed in like I should be. But if I go back to Chat or the Home Page I'm signed back out. I've actually brought this up a few times, but nothing was ever done...

I think I am going to buy the books. I am having trouble finding players/gms for 2nd. I would rather play then DM. Also have a st-daughter that wants to learn to play.

D&D Old to New

I have been playin D&D since the mid 80's, have DM'd most of my time and like to play as well. I have many books from 1st ED to 3.0 but don't see spending more money without havin a chance to play. I usually created my own worlds and can adapt to almost all play. I prefer to role-play wirh some fighting. I have not done much in the fact of On-line or PbP...these are new to me.
