What are you looking for?:

As a player, I tend to make interesting PCs, run them in a consistent manner and I don't get all hung up if they buy it in-game, as long as it makes sense and doesn't ruin it for everyone else. I love doing neat stuff and being the idea-man.
As a GM/DM, I really enjoy presenting new, interesting stuff, having players say stuff like "Holy Crap!" and "Coooooool", I'm not a Monty Haul style DM, but I'm not some scrooge who insists you can't find magic items until 10th level, either.

Biography:

Long time D&D player: 5+ year 2E game, morphed into 3E/3.5 for another 5 years. Played Rifts, Cyberpunk 2020, Marvel Superheroes RPG (TSR version).
Been running games for 15+ years, I have at present... at least 3 homebrew fantasy settings I could run, and I recently ran my wife, her brother and two other friends in one of these settings, missing maybe 6 weeks out of a 13-14 month stretch.
