great ideas, small or epic adventures, character development, battle and spellcasting should be a part of it along with problem solving and strategy.hack and slash is fun every now and then but chasing an enemy for weeks makes the victory more satisfying.i hate it when the rules get in the way, the group should decide arguments quick and as fair as they can,(and if my kender is digested before he swims/tunnels out of the terrasqe then so be it) if personalities clash in game cool ,out of game time to move on life is to short and the world is way big.

male 48yrs ,i have played many games,my first d+d game was run by a friend in the air force and i only played with those "weirdo gamers" becuase one of them was a beautiful woman, 25 years later i still love the way the story writes itself. (i never got anywhere with the woman) i have a broad sense of humor, i am not easily offended, i like to read,cook, and i am an artist(maybe),and i have a few friends who may be available also.i would like to play for at least 4 hours and once a month possibly once a week if its good i will make the time...you know how it is. i dont mind travelling,one of my groups used to alternate between nj and mary land monthly. weekends are better than weeknights. some weekend allnighters are ok.
